Brand new 16 stall barn each stall being 11.5' x 13' with cedar and pine walls, hay rack and feed tub on separate door, and a dedicated fan in each stall. Feed and hay are the best quality available.

 Center aisle of the barn is constructed with "Safe Walk" interlocking pavers, which offers a constant sure-grip surface and impact absorption for a safer, more secure environment. Tack boxes may be kept outside of stall.

   Plasma TV with DVD recorder in barn to review your lesson or practice if it has been taped.  Customers may also use it for instructional videos or, as the system is DirecTV enabled, watch equine events on television such as the RFD-TV Network.

  Each stall contains the "Soft Stall" bedding system and shavings. This system is a stall flooring that acts as a therapeutic bedding sytem for your horse, allowing rest which is essential in rejuvenating muscles, tendons, joints and the rest of the body.

  New "Bug Defenced" pesticide system to avoid any flies, mosquitos, ticks, no-seeums and any other insects in and around the barn, outoor deck, ponds, office and tack rooms.  Our system is set up with 2 spray nozzles in each and every stall. The system sprays every hour of the day for 20 seconds, allowing a pest free environment !!
